My Yoga
I have been practicing yoga since 2005, enjoying better fitness and improvements to my asthma, flexibility and strength as a result. Additionally, yoga lets me find a stillness and balance within me that helps to deal with the demands of life. I qualified as a teacher with Dru Yoga in 2013 and have been teaching regular classes ever since.
I quite often have company on my yoga mat - Tilly loves to join me!

DRU Dance
I am also a qualified Dru dance teacher.
Dru Dance is a fusion of yoga and dance moves choreographed to music. Two of my favourite things, dance and yoga – what’s not to love!
It's stress-busting, energetic and focuses on dynamic, flowing movement to create both strength and suppleness.
It’s also lots of fun!

Support tutor Dru Teacher Training Course
I am a support tutor on the Dru Yoga Teacher Training course and have been since 2014. After I qualified as a Dru teacher I was invited to join the teacher training team.
It’s an amazing experience, helping to develop future yoga teachers as they start out on their journey and watching them grow.

Hen Parties
Dru yoga makes an interesting activity for hen parties and sessions can be tailored for each group.
I’ve delivered sessions outdoors and even a castle!!
Please get in touch if you think this would be a fun, stress busting activity to add to your hen party.

About Dru Yoga

Dru yoga is a graceful form of yoga, based on soft flowing movements, controlled directed breathing and visualisations. Dru is both a graceful form of exercise and a potent means of stress relief.
We work on improving strength and flexibility, creating core stability which helps our posture and developing a heightened feeling of positivity and well being.
In the class we stretch and warm the body freeing any tension, flow into postures and sequences whilst directing the breathing, followed by a guided relaxation to finish the class.
Dru Yoga is suitable for all abilities and fitness levels, and beginners are welcome.
