It was such a warm night a couple of weeks ago that we snuck outside for a bit of yoga. Here's a Forest of Trees in the park and an orchard of Pair Trees in the class.
I had a wonderful break at the end June, the Lake District was amazing as was the sunshine.
Whilst I was there, I went for a walk around Lake Windemere and couldn’t help but stop and do some yoga in the woods amongst the Oak Trees, I’ve attached a photo below for you.
I came up with the idea of “Tree July”. Let’s see how many photos we can get of us doing a Tree posture somewhere lovely.
If you’re out and about, or even in your garden and you’re happy for your photo to go on my website, then see if you can get somebody to take a photo of you in Vrksasana, Tree Pose.
Email it to me and I'll pop your pictures on the website.
